Barista – (Luxury Hotel Industry)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining exceptional presentation standards, and ensuring a refined guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including specialty coffees, teas, and smoothies.
• Ensure beverages are consistently prepared and presented according to luxury brand standards.
• Greet and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the coffee station and service areas.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and restock supplies as needed.
• Operate coffee equipment safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth outlet and hotel operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma; barista certification or professional training from a recognized institute is preferred.
• 2–3 years of proven barista experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods, latte art, and brewing equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance, adhering to five-star hygiene and grooming standards.
• Locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID
