Location: 5410 Spring Mountain Road, Unit 102, Las Vegas, NV 89146

Type of employment: Full-time or Part-time

Compensation: $13/Hour + Tips

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tea and beverages according to company standards and recipes
• Brew fresh tea bases to order using our signature Teapresso brewing system
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide friendly, professional, and welcoming customer service
• Support different stations including cashier, bar, tea brewing, and topping preparation
• Communicate and cooperate with team members to help cover stations during busy periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, kitchen, and workstations
• Follow company food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn multiple positions within the store
• Food & Beverage experience is preferred but not required
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Experience:

1. Customer Service: 1+ Years(Preferred)

2. Food Handling: 1+Years (Preferred)
