Job description:

Novo Coffee is seeking Baristas for all shifts, with some shifts starting as early as 3:00 am at the Denver International Airport.

PAY: $17 plus AMAZING Tips

• Takes guest orders and payment using the Point Of Sale (POS) system;
• Prepares beverages and serves food products according to set policies and procedures;
• Previous experience as a team member, crew member, Coffee Master, and cashier;
• Flexibility in daily tasks and responsibilities;
• Manages cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies and procedures;
• Executes The AVE Group's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards and procedures;
• Must be at least 18 years of age & able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines;

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours.
• Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching overhead.
• Lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and wrist motion.
