Barista & Product Activation Specialist - Out of Home

What You'll Do in This Role Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Collaborate with the sales team to recruit new customers and drive product adoption in the out-of-home channel.
• Act as a trusted representative ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Training & Customer Success

• Conduct hands on workshops and in store demonstrations to train key clients (cafes, juice bars and restaurants) on proper product usage.
• Share creative tips tailored ideas and innovative beverage recipes to inspire customers and help them unlock the product's full potential.

Insights & Market Feedback

• Gather insightful customer feedback on market trends, preferences and usage patterns.
• Work closely with internal teams to evolve product positioning and enhance customer value propositions.

What We're Looking For Certification & Experience

• Certified Barista with 24 years of experience crafting high quality coffee and milk based beverages.
• Proven expertise in designing, promoting and presenting creatively crafted drink recipes.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong technical knowledge in beverage creation with a flair for working with diverse ingredients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and train customers while collecting actionable feedback.
• Energetic, proactive and passionate about delivering engaging product demonstrations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (essential).
• Saudi National (mandatory).
