We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Barista Cum Sales Executive to help us grow through structured monthly targets.

Job Summary

At 180 Degree Meal Plan, we are hiring friendly and energetic staff to prepare beverages, assist customers with meal plans, handle sales, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Barista:

• Prepare and serve smoothies, and healthy beverages
• Operate machines and maintain equipment
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are followed
• Maintain quality and consistency in drinks

Sales Staff:

• Assist customers with meal plan packages and product selection
• Explain menu, subscriptions, and promotions clearly
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
• Handle billing, POS system, and cash transactions

General Duties:

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
• Support team operations when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in café, healthy food, or retail sales preferred
• Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with working hours (including weekends)

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of healthy lifestyle / meal plans
• Upselling and customer engagement skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

Working Hours

• 11:00AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday to Friday
• Saturday Off

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: AED 2000
• No commission structure
• Stable monthly income
