Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista-Server or Lead, to join our team.

Positions available in our Kirkland and Redmond (Microsoft campus) locations.

Role Overview:
As a Barista, you’ll represent our brand by delivering exceptional coffee and bakery experiences with genuine hospitality. This role combines beverage preparation, French-style table service, and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Provide attentive table service and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Upsell pastries, packaged goods, and seasonal specials
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment
• Handle transactions accurately and assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with team during peak hours and ensure excellent customer experience

Qualifications:

• Ability to craft coffee drinks and customer service
• Excellent Customer Service
• Attention to details
• Experience as Barista and Server required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Punctuality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.13 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• serving /barista: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification & MAST (Required)
