Barista / Server

We are seeking a versatile Barista / Server to join our chic Greenwich café and champagne lounge. This role blends high-quality coffee service with thoughtful, elevated guest hospitality. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between barista and floor service, thrives in a fast-paced midday environment, and brings warmth and attention to detail to every guest interaction.

You’ll be responsible for preparing espresso beverages and café offerings, serving champagne, wine, and menu items, and creating a welcoming, refined experience for guests throughout the day. This position plays a key role in maintaining the atmosphere, flow, and service standards of the space.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and light café offerings
• Serve guests champagne, wine, and café menu items with confidence and care
• Provide thoughtful, polished service in a relaxed but refined environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and on the floor
• Support daily opening/closing duties and general café operations
• Work collaboratively with a small, close-knit team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a barista, server, or both (preferred, but willing to train the right person)
• Comfortable switching between barista and service roles during a shift
• Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of hospitality
• Interest in coffee, champagne, wine, and elevated café culture
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
• Flexible availability (weekday and/or weekend shifts)

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
