Barista Shift Leader/

Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team at a busy growing brand. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Use POS system to process transactions
- Upsell products and promotions to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and assist with inventory management
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Supervise self-checkout stations when needed

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or cashier role is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Knowledge of cafe or kitchen operations is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $17.00 per hour
