Barista Shift Leader

Looking for a fun place to work with great energy, good people, and a laid-back but fast-paced vibe? We’re hiring a part-time Barista / Server to join our team at Reverie Petit Cafe in Lake Bluff.

We started as a coffee shop and have grown into a neighborhood gathering place serving coffee, wine, beer, and light bites. We’re a community-driven café that values hospitality, connection, and creating a welcoming space where people want to return.

What You’ll Do:

• Make espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, matcha, and more
• Serve wine and beer
• Take orders and run payments through Square POS
• Connect with customers and help create a warm, friendly atmosphere
• Build relationships with regulars and welcome new faces
• Keep the café clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Help with light food prep and plating
• Jump in wherever needed during busy shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• Barista experience preferred
• Great attitude and strong customer service skills
• Able to multitask and stay calm during rushes

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
