Barista - specialty Coffee

Do you have a passion for coffee and take pride in crafting the perfect cup? We’re looking for enthusiastic Baristas to join our growing Specialty Coffee team.

What You'll do"

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with consistency and care.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Educate customers on different brewing methods, origins, and flavor profiles.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience in a specialty coffee environment (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, espresso extraction, brewing techniques, and latte art.
• Friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.
