We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor with a strong background in specialty coffee to lead our team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth shift management
- Maintain specialty coffee quality standards and oversee beverage preparation
- Train, coach, and motivate baristas
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
- Handle customer feedback professionally and maintain high service levels
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in specialty coffee, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of espresso calibration and brew methods
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
