Barista (Specialty Coffee Experience)

Responsible for providing specialty coffee, quality beverages, generally specialty hot drinks and preparing food orders

• Prepare, serve and present beverages according to Flat White recipe and presentation standards. Prepares foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and brewing coffee and tea.
• Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
• Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks.
• Makes sure the station is properly set and that all side work is completed thoroughly, expertly, and on time following strict server shift mechanics.
• Maintains familiarity with menu items, promotions, special and seasonal offerings, and other information related Flat White products and services.
• Execute other duties as assigned by Head Barista

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,800.00 - QAR4,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Qatar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Specialty Coffee: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• QID with NOC (Required)
• FHC (Food handling Certificate) (Required)
