Barista Trainer

Moka & Co. is looking for a Barista Trainer with proven hands-on experience to join our growing coffee team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee education, quality standards, and developing barista skills to an international level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional barista training sessions (basic to advanced levels)
• Train teams on espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, and beverage consistency
• Develop and deliver structured training programs and SOPs
• Ensure brand and quality standards are consistently met across outlets
• Support new café openings with on-site training and assessments
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and refresher training
• Train on proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of coffee machines and grinders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista Trainer or Senior Barista (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso equipment
• Experience in specialty coffee environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead barista teams
• Professional certification (SCA or equivalent) is a strong advantage
• Experience in the GCC/Qatar market is a plus
