Roles & responsibilities
- Prepare Coffee and Beverages: Brew coffee, espresso, and other hot or cold beverages to customer specifications.
- Create a variety of espresso-based drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and more.
- Ensure all beverages are made according to company standards and customer preferences.
- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about the menu.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the coffee bar area, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Wash and sanitize coffee cups, mugs, and other utensils.
- Empty and clean coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment at the end of each shift.
- Ensure proper storage of coffee beans and ingredients to maintain quality.
- Coffee Machine Operation and Maintenance: Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Ensure the proper use of all equipment and report any malfunctions to management.
- Regularly clean and maintain equipment as per company standards to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role or food and beverage industry preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, positive attitude and a passion for providing great service.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Experience: Barista: 1-2 years UAE (Required)
