Barista/All Rounder

· Make and prepare hot and cold drinks according to café standard drink recipes and prepare and serve light snacks.

· Clean and wash juicer and mixer after use on daily basis.

· Keep the bar counter and work areas neat and clean at all times.

· Maintain bar inventory and consumption to ensure enough stock for operation.

· Keep thorough record of wastage.

· Greeting the guests, presenting menus, and explain the menu to guests.

· Interact with Guest; take orders for food and drinks and serve according to cafe standards and procedures.

· In outlet with Salad bar: prepare and arrange vegetables and ingredients needed for the daily service. Estimates and requisitions raw food products and inform chefs of needful replenish before run outs. Apply appropriate hygienic standards, sanitation and safety methods and keep the Salad bar clean and fresh all through the day.

· Assembles food delivery containers and package food orders in a correct and timely manner based on cafe standard.

· Always be up-dates of new items on the menu and show strong product knowledge of the food & beverage served in cafe.
