Barista/Bartender

We are looking for an upbeat, fun, and driven employee to join our team! We are a coffee shop by day, and a taproom by night. We have a simple breakfast and lunch menu, as well as draft beer, wine, and cocktails.

We have been getting busier AND a position just opened up. We are looking to hire one person for 20-35 hours!

A little bit more about the position:

• Starting pay is $10.00/hr plus credit card AND cash tips.
• 20-35 hours a week.
• Previous barista experience is required at this time.
• Must be over the age of 21.
• We are prioritizing candidates with weeknight and weekend availability.
• We are prioritizing candidates with Sunday availability!

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and taking orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and cocktails, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions and inventory management.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service speed and efficiency.
• Manage cash handling and basic math calculations for daily sales.

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
