Job Description: Barista & Bartender Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Barista & Bartender Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of preparing a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including commercial and specialty coffee, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. This role is essential in developing competent beverage professionals by delivering high-quality training and practical demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions in barista and bartender skills.
• Demonstrate expertise in espresso extraction, brewing techniques, milk texturing, latte art, and beverage presentation.
• Train students in preparing hot & cold beverages, specialty coffees, mocktails, cocktails, and other beverage services.
• Educate learners on hygiene standards, health & safety regulations, and best practices in beverage operations.
• Guide trainees on customer service excellence, workplace professionalism, and service etiquette.
• Assess student performance through practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support curriculum development and contribute to updating course content in line with current industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in barista, bartender, or beverage service roles.
• Strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
• Proven hands-on expertise in specialty coffee, hot & cold beverages, and alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor trainees effectively.

Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma, Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC), or Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Professional Barista or Bartending Certifications.
• Hospitality or beverage-related training credentials.
• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for teaching and skill development.
• Ability to inspire learners and maintain a positive learning environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
