Barista/Beverage Menu Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista who not only makes exceptional drinks but can also develop and implement a creative coffee and matcha beverage menu for our cookie shop.

This role is ideal for someone who understands flavor pairing, has a strong background in specialty coffee, and can create drinks that complement a premium dessert concept.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a curated coffee and matcha beverage menu
• Create signature drinks that pair well with our cookies
• Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, matcha beverages, and specialty drinks
• Help establish drink recipes, standards, and workflow
• Train staff on beverage preparation and presentation
• Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in drink preparation
• Assist with sourcing ingredients and recommending equipment if needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista in a specialty coffee environment
• Strong knowledge of espresso, milk texturing, and matcha preparation
• Experience developing or contributing to beverage menus preferred
• Creative palate and understanding of flavor combinations
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively with our team

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
