Barista/Cafe Server

A Café Worker at Lake Erie Arms Café is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing top-quality service, preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. This role involves engaging with customers, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring that all food and drink items meet our high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include preparing coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, serving fresh food items, assisting with inventory management, and supporting the overall operations of the café. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, and a passion for delivering great service are essential for this role.
