Job Description

As a Barista/Sandwich Maker, you’ll be the face of our cafe, crafting delicious beverages and preparing fresh sandwiches while ensuring excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, friendly environment and has a knack for making people smile with great food and drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty coffees.
• Make fresh sandwiches, salads, and light snacks using high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and counter areas.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and handling payments.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and basic cafe operations.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in food preparation (sandwich making preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and sandwich assembly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle busy shifts.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
• Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
