Barista/Cashier

1. Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
• Adjust grind, dosage, and extraction for quality

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate
• Handle complaints politely and professionally

3. Cash Handling & POS

• Operate the cash register / POS system
• Process payments (cash, card, digital)
• Maintain accurate billing and receipts

4. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Keep the work area, coffee machines, and seating area clean
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Wash utensils and maintain sanitation

5. Equipment Handling

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders safely
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Report any faults or issues immediately

6. Stock Management

• Monitor inventory (coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, etc.)
• Refill stock and inform supervisor when supplies are low

7. Teamwork

• Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations
• Support colleagues during busy hours

8. Opening & Closing Duties

• Set up station before opening (machine calibration, prep work)
• Clean and shut down equipment at closing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
