We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Barista / Cashier to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and maintaining a positive, efficient café environment. Responsibilities

Core Barista / Cashier Duties:

• Learn and understand company mission, values, and history
• Prepare and discuss coffee beverages including pour overs, espresso, milk steaming, latte art, cold brew, and more
• Operate Square to process customer transactions, print receipts, and manage tickets
• Maintain knowledge of inventory systems and assist with inventory updates
• Provide excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times
• Keep all workstations clean, organized, and stocked
• Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

• Prior barista or customer service experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in coffee craft and operations
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.70 - $20.50 per hour
