Barista/Waiter

Location: Sharjah (Mall-based ice cream kiosk)

Working Hours:
Mall operating hours, including weekends and public holidays
Flexible shifts
Requires standing for long periods

Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take their orders
Scoop and serve ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, and other frozen desserts
Suggest flavors, toppings, and combo deals to encourage upselling
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the kiosk, counters, and equipment
Handle cash and card payments accurately using the POS system
Follow food safety standards in preparation, storage, and serving
Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking supplies when needed
Report equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor
Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve basic inquiries
Comply with company policies and mall operational guidelines

Requirements:
Female candidates only
High school certificate or equivalent
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
Pleasant, friendly, and approachable personality
Neat, clean, and presentable appearance
Able to work under pressure during busy hours
Previous experience in F&B, customer service, or retail is an advantage
Flexible with shifts, including weekends and public holidays
