Barista/Waiter

Key Responsibilities:Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Operate coffee machines and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness.
• Maintain stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Ensure drink quality and consistency according to company standards.
• Suggest and upsell beverages and add-ons to customers.

Waitress Duties:

• Greet and assist customers with menu selections.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve orders to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for the next customer.
• Handle billing and payment processing when required.

General Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and service areas.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, or complaints professionally.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or waitress preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café equipment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems preferred.
• Flexible with shifts including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
