Job Overview

• Location: Block 16, Gulistan-e-Jouhar, Karachi (On-site)
• Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in sales/upselling (International campaigns preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Actively upsell and cross-sell services to existing and potential clients on the Bark platform.
• Lead Management: Efficiently manage and follow up on leads to convert them into high-value accounts.
• Relationship Building: Establish rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Communication: Maintain professional and persuasive communication via chat and calls.

What We Are Looking For

• Sales Instinct: A "closer" mindset with the ability to handle objections smoothly.
• English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience: Direct experience with the Bark platform or similar lead-generation marketplaces is a major plus.
• Punctuality: Ability to consistently work the night shift and maintain high energy levels throughout.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
