Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic barpoter to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for expertly handling beverage and food service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Your role will involve efficient order taking, precise POS (Point of Sale) operations, and delivering outstanding customer service in settings ranging from lively nightclubs to elegant banquets. Responsibilities

• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS with accuracy for order entry, payment processing, and cash handling
• Serve beverages and food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling protocols
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations, demonstrating excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet or catering events, ensuring all food service standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including retail math calculations for sales and change

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments is preferred, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Experience serving in banquet or catering environments is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions
• Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous
• Nightclub or brewing experience can be beneficial but is not required
