Job Title: Bartender

Position Type: Full-time

Overview:

• Provide excellent service to guests, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to company standards.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare beverages following recipes and company guidelines.
• Serve drinks and food professionally and courteously.
• Ensure bar is clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
• Process payments and ensure accurate charges.
• Check customer IDs to confirm legal drinking age when needed.
• Report any issues or concerns to the manager.
• Attend training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience is a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
