Bartender

We are seeking a skilled, energetic, and customer-friendly Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong beverage knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a great bar experience for guests.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty drinks.
• Take bar orders, suggest drinks, and upsell premium beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
• Handle guest interactions professionally and provide excellent service.
• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking, and requisitions.
• Assist in developing new drinks and seasonal beverage menus.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing at the bar.
• Work closely with waiters and barbacks for smooth operations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender (restaurant/club/lounge/hotel preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beverages, and bar operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable, energetic, and confident personality.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of mixology is a strong advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
