Bartender
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsell beverages and suggest pairings to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams for smooth service
- Monitor inventory and assist with orders when needed
- Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant or cocktail bar is a plus
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and bar techniques
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Positive attitude, team player and excellent communication skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Barista skills or wine knowledge are nice to have
