Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our growing operations across our Central Kitchen and new branch locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and contributes positively to team performance and operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesFor Production Team – Central Kitchen

• Support daily production operations according to recipes and quality standards
• Work efficiently under supervision while maintaining accuracy and consistency
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times
• Assist with preparation, packing, and organization of production items
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines

For Baristas / Bartenders – New Branches

• Prepare and serve beverages according to brand and quality standards
• Deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Work collaboratively with front- and back-of-house teams
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations
