Bar Manager

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Bar Manager to run the day-to-day of our bar and keep the good vibes flowing. You’ll be leading the team, keeping service smooth and making sure every customer has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running the bar day to day, including opening and closing
• Leading, training and motivating the bar team
• Making sure service is fast, friendly and high quality
• Managing stock, ordering supplies, and keeping an eye on costs
• Creating staff schedule and supporting team performance
• Making sure all health, safety and licensing rules are followed
• Handling customer issues calmly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a bar, ideally in a supervisor or manager role
• A people person with strong leadership skills
• Organized, dependable and good under pressure
• Flexible availability (evenings and weekends are part of the job)
• A positive attitude and love for hospitality
