Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.

Ensure smooth functioning of all areas including dining, kitchen,and other service areas.

Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities.

Train, and supervise restaurant staff.

Schedule shifts and assign duties to employees.

Motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.

Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

Monitor restaurant financial performance and ensure profitability.

Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize expenses.

Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review.

Implement strategies to increase revenue and minimize losses.

Oversee inventory levels and stock management.

Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, supplies, and equipment.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and manage inventory rotation.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards.

Ensure staff are trained on safety procedures and regulations.

Collaborate with chefs to develop and update menus.

Monitor menu performance and gather feedback from customers.

Analyze trends and make adjustments to menu offerings as necessary.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.

Plan and execute promotional events, special offers, and discounts.

Utilize social media and other marketing channels to increase visibility.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.

Collaborate with other businesses and organizations for partnerships and sponsorships.

Represent the restaurant in the local community and participate in community events.

Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant team.

Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
