Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cocktails, amaro, and wine. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, sharing knowledge on various spirits, liqueurs and ingredients, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Bartenders will build drinks with specific recipes as well as having the opportunity to express their creativity with their own creations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
• Handle cash/credit transactions using Toast Point of Sale system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; relaying information to management as necessary.
• Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Prepare ingredients prior to shift and set up cocktailing station.

Experience

• Must have previous experience as a bartender.
• Previous experience with cocktail bartending is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and food handling practices is necessary.

Hourly base wage is $15-20/hour before tips.
