Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with consistency and flair
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an enjoyable experience
  • Manage multiple orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service and prevent over-serving
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, including nightclubs and banquet events
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills and basic math proficiency
  • Uphold food handling standards when serving food or catering items alongside beverages
  • Support overall restaurant or food service operations by providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive environment

Experience

  • Prior experience working as a bartender or in a food service role within the food industry is highly preferred
  • Experience in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is advantageous
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for order processing and sales tracking
  • Demonstrated ability in time management to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
  • Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus for event-based service environments
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively and professionally
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing
