Bartender

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage. Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with flair, provide outstanding customer service, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be key in delivering memorable moments for our patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience
• Manage POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to legal alcohol service regulations
• Restock bar supplies promptly to ensure smooth service during busy hours
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow during events like banquets or nightclub nights

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within dining, country clubs, or banquet settings
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol
• Must be available to work daytime, weekday hours during golf season (April - October)
• Must be available to work holidays
