Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management to ensure prompt service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Support catering, banquet, or nightclub events by serving drinks efficiently in high-volume settings.

Experience

• Previous experience working in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
• Demonstrated ability in sales and upselling beverages to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling procedures.
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Excellent math skills for basic retail math, cash handling, and tab management.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards including brewing processes or food industry practices is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively in busy environments like nightclubs or catering events while maintaining high-quality service. Pay: $20.87 - $30.15 per hour
