Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
• Take orders for food and beverages
• Handle cash transactions efficiently using retail math skills; process payments accurately while providing receipts and change.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours; manage time effectively to meet guest needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightlife venues, or banquet settings; nightclub or catering experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of POS system such as Toast; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport quickly.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector; retail math skills are a plus.
