Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and maintain accurate cash handling records.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service.
• Collaborate with team members during events like banquets or catering functions to deliver seamless service in high-volume settings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink measurements.
• Experience working in the food industry with a focus on hospitality, brewing, or catering is preferred.

Pay: $20.89 - $25.15 per hour
