Bartenders are responsible for serving beverages and food, answering questions about the menu, and maintaining a clean and guest-ready environment.

This franchised location of Five Iron Golf is redefining the indoor golf and entertainment experience by blending advanced simulator technology with a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere. Our mission is to make golf more inclusive, accessible, and fun for players of all backgrounds and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional service and ensure each guest has a fun and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu items and alcohol.
- Present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and use upselling techniques.
- Accurately enter orders and process payments using POS system.
- Manage bar inventory and ensure the bar is consistently well-stocked.
- Keep the bar and simulator areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Suggest and assist in creating new specials, cocktails, and promotions.
- Serve food and beverages courteously and efficiently.
- Stay current on all promotions, events, and technology used throughout the venue.
- Comply with all food handling, alcohol service, and health/safety regulations.
- Verify guests’ legal drinking age in accordance with local laws.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Server, bar, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but not required.
- Upbeat energy, enthusiasm, and a team-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must meet minimum age to bartend in the state.
- Must be able to obtain proper local/state licensing and certifications.

Position Details

Job Type: Non-Exempt, Part-Time Variable Hours

Schedule: Hours vary weekly, with emphasis on nights and weekends
