Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for service will create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards.
  • Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, enforce age restrictions, and promote responsible drinking practices.
  • Support event service including nightclubs, banquets, catering functions, and retail sales to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
  • Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, beverage service, and sanitation standards across various hospitality settings.

Skills

  • Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless transactions.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments like fine dining establishments or nightclubs.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and beverage preparation techniques including brewing.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
  • Skilled in sales techniques to upsell drinks and promote specials effectively.
  • Previous banquet or catering experience is highly desirable for event-driven roles.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales calculations, and restaurant math for order accuracy.
  • Familiarity with serving standards in the food industry combined with retail experience enhances overall performance.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly attitude; experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
