Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately while ensuring efficient service flow.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to promote safety.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils regularly to keep the bar fully equipped for busy periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service during events such as banquets or catering functions.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in high-volume environments while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Experience with retail math, basic math skills, cash handling, and cashiering are essential for accurate transactions.
• Familiarity with brewing processes or hospitality industry standards enhances your ability to serve diverse guest needs.

Pay: $20.96 - $25.25 per hour
