Role Overview

Bartenders are responsible for bar execution, guest engagement, and sales performance. This role requires applying CHEERS consistently while delivering efficient service, strong product knowledge, and meaningful guest connections.

Responsibilities + Duties

• Apply CHEERS behind the bar:
  • Cheerful Prompt Greet: Acknowledge guests immediately and introduce yourself
  • Hospitality First: Create a welcoming, attentive bar experience
  • Engage Guests: Build rapport, learn names, and create connection
  • Ease Their Needs: Anticipate refills, food pairings, pacing, and preferences
  • Ready for ’Em: Maintain bar flow, cleanliness, and organization
  • Swipe That Card – Say Goodbye: Close interactions with intention and warmth
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Drive sales through confident recommendations and product knowledge
• Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and opening/closing duties
• Support servers and FOH leadership to maintain service flow

Qualifications + Skills

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and master beer and cocktail offerings
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Energetic, professional, and guest-focused demeanor
