Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS, Toast POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers with accuracy using retail math skills.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, recognize signs of intoxication, and enforce legal drinking age regulations.
• Collaborate with team members during busy service periods, including catering events, banquets, or nightclub shifts, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to facilitate quick order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and retail math purposes.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
