Job Overview

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience while taking orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
• Assist in food service when needed, supporting catering events, banquets, or food delivery with proper food handling procedures.
• Monitor guest behavior responsibly in nightclub or hospitality environments to ensure safety and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
• Experience with brewing or beverage preparation techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or catering functions.
