Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair.
• Use POS systems such as Toast to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper food safety and food handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, answering questions about drinks or menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health regulations and safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures; perform basic math for change and sales reconciliation.
• Collaborate with team members during busy hours, including nightclubs or banquet events, to deliver seamless service in high-energy environments such as catering or food industry settings.

Experience

• Proven experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or nightlife environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Toast is essential for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling protocols, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus for managing large crowds or special events.

Pay: $21.98 - $26.47 per hour
