Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and personable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Bartender. This position is crucial to ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and enjoy delicious beverages during weddings and other events held at our venue.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines and laws.
• Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient service and smooth operations during events.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after events.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible availability to work most weekends (both Friday and Saturday), and holiday weekends as needed. We do sometimes have events on Sunday and Thursday as well, but Friday and Saturday availability is our main priority.
• Must be at least 18 years old and willing to receive Minnesota Alcohol Server Training if you are not currently certified.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
