Your Role:

As a bartender, you’ll be the master of our bar area, crafting drinks and creating an inviting atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting Beverages: Mix and serve drinks to guests, following recipes and requests.

• Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

• Menu Knowledge: Offer drink recommendations and explain our menu.

• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized.

• Stock Management: Monitor and restock bar inventory as needed.

• Handling Payments: Process transactions accurately.

• Bartending Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment is highly desired.

• Licenses/Certifications: Must have state-required alcohol service certification and health compliance cards if applicable.

Physical Requirements:

• On Your Feet: Able to stand and walk throughout the shift.

• Hands-On: Reach, lift, bend, stoop, and wipe continuously.

• Heavy Lifting: Push and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Stay Safe: Be aware of common hazards like burns, falls, and cuts.

• Personal Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, including frequent hand washing.

• Age Requirement: Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
