Èlephante is seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team in Santa Monica .

Èlephante is a coastal Italian restaurant and rooftop destination known for its vibrant atmosphere, elevated food and beverage program, and exceptional guest experience. We are looking for bartenders who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on hospitality, quality, and attention to detail.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of Santa Monica’s most iconic restaurants while developing your craft in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests following all recipes and service standards
• Deliver warm, engaging hospitality to guests at the bar and in the dining room
• Maintain strong knowledge of the cocktail list, wine program, spirits, and menu offerings
• Execute service efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service
• Work closely with barbacks, servers, and management to ensure smooth service
• Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and stocking
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
• Experience in upscale or hospitality-driven environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and classic drink preparation
• Ability to remain organized and composed during busy services
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
