• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency
• Educate guests on tequila, mezcal, and other spirits making recommendations with confidence
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• provide warm, attentive, and professional service
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and TABC compliance standards
• Ensure food menu knowledge and ability to recommend pairings with food and alcohol

Job Requirements

• 3 years bartending experience
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (Verbal and Written)
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Valid Food Handler's Certificate Required and TABC Certification
• Follow established menus and recipes
• Observe proper service etiquette

Qualifications

Preferred

• High School/G.E.D
• 18 years of age or older

Strongly Preferred

• Strong knowledge of tequila, mezcal, other spirits, beer, and wine
• Physically able to stand, walk and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
