Overview:
The Bartender is responsible for all bar operations and reports to the General Manager/Assistant Manager/Bar Lead. They are responsible for making and serving all our beverages offered. The Bartender is responsible for maintaining the guest experience. Additionally, they may be asked to place food orders during seasonal low business volume periods.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Have full knowledge of our beverage and cocktail menus.
  • Have working knowledge of the preparation of classic and trending cocktails.
  • Have general knowledge regarding our food menus and different concepts in order to better advise our guests.
  • Possess a general understanding of liquor, beer, and wine.
  • Work in a high-volume environment under stressful conditions.
  • Maintaining general cleanliness and organization in both guest facing areas as well as employee areas.
  • Assist in putting away deliveries, including, but not limited to, liquor, beer, and wine orders.
  • Be able to follow opening, transition, and closing procedures as indicated by handbooks and/or management.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships/rapport with all guests.
  • Enforce the restaurant's policies and procedures as it relates to food service and guest experience, as well as other activities important to the operation of a restaurant.
  • Expected to work a minimum of 5 days per week but potential to work 6 days per week for large events or holiday weekends.
  • Other duties as determined necessary by Ross Hospitality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
